I made the right decision to work with Mona in gauging my need for hearing aids. Her background and expertise is excellent, she communicates well, and was very patient. I was able to demo two different hearing aids over 2 months. Mona ultimately helped me understand and accept my ambivalence that I was not yet “ready” for wearing aids full time.
